Dear Sir/Madam

Good morning!

I have applied for enrollment of my PhD studies through STiNE and I have also sent required documents via mail on last Thursday (13th June, 2019). My question is, can I get my matriculation before 21 June, 2019 ? because I need matriculation number before this date for my visa. Or what should I have to do to get it as earliest as possible before this deadline? Or If I come to Hamburg physically, can I get it earlier?

Dear Kumar Darjee,

We can't promise that you get enrolled till 21st June. It can take up to 2 weeks to enroll you and another week till you get the conditional semester documents.

You can try to extend your visa with the confirmation from your doctoral supervisor/the admission letter from the respective Academic Office.
If that doesn't work, please contact us again via the contact form https://www.uni-hamburg.de/kontakt-cc, so we can check if any other confirmation of your application and enrollment is possible.
