I can no longer log-in in Stine with my email address. I have read in your FAQ that one of the reasons might be that I have been successfully enrolled, which would make sense.
Could you please confirm the state of my application?
When will I get my provisional semester documents?
Will I get any information/document by post? Because if so, I would like to change my address, once I have just moved to Hamburg.

The most probable reason for your inabillity to login is that you have been sucessfully enrolled. We cannot confirm your status here on the forum since for that we need your personal data. So if you really need a definite confirmation of your status, please use the following contact form and fill out all the required fields: https://www.uni-hamburg.de/app
For the following I assume that you have given the university an address in Germany in your application for enrollment. If that is not the case, please write again, since then the following information will not match your situation.
Your enrollment number and provisional semester documents will be sent to you by post three to four weeks after the enrollment period has expired. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to change your address to have the documents sent to an address which differs from the one you put in the application for enrollment, since the documents are sent to that address automatically. So the best way to make sure you receive the documents if you are no longer able to receive mail at that address is to order mail redirection ("Nachsendeauftrag") with Deutsche Post. If the documents cannot be sent to you at that address, they will be sent back to Universität Hamburg and you can pick them up at Campus-Center.

I am afraid I have provided an address abroad, once that, at the time of the enrolment process, I did not have an address in Germany.
Hopefully it will be possible to change the address or it will be possible to personally get the documents, once I am already in Hamburg.

If you have provided an address abroad, the documents won't be sent to you. You can pick them up at Campus-Center during the opening hours when you arrive in Hamburg.
