Auditing a course

Hi Team,

I am looking at auditing a course/module but I was wondering if there is a certificate to show that I attended the course or an exam/test that can be taken at the end of the course as a measure of my proficiency in that subject area?

Dear Anusha,

If you enroll as an auditing student, you may attend lectures and other classes but you cannot participate in exams. It is possible to get certificates which state that you attended the chosen classes ("Teilnahmebescheinigung") though.
