Bearbeitet Receiving Semester Documents
Hi all,

I have the following situation: I have paid semesterbeitrag on 21.02, then on 23.02 I received online certificates, but then I had a real problem with my Landlord( he tried to force me out of the house, I even had to call a police, but police helps only for a short period of time in such situations...) So I had to move from my house. I changed the address on 24.02 to my friend's address, but it seem's that it was to late. And because I don't have any access to my previous address postbox, I am not able to receive my semester documents. What should I do in this situation?

Dear Vadym,

If mail from the university cannot reach you at the address sent to, it will be sent back to the university. So you can either wait until your documents are sent back to the university and pick them up at the Campus-Center then. Or you can come to the Campus-Center before that and ask for new documents tobe issued for you. If you choose the second option you will have to visit the Campus-Center during the office hours fo the team for student affairs and you wil have to pay 10 Euro for the new documents. So I would recommend that you wait a while before coming to the Campus-Center since the chance your original documents got sent back will be better and you won't really need the new documents before April, 1st.
