Urgent: Application PEP

I am wondering if I also need to send a hard copy of my application to the MSc. Politics, Economics and Philosophy or if the online application is enough. I thought the online application was enough but an email sent today confused me.
In case I need to send it via mail does the date of the stamp at the post office count? Or does it need to be in Hamburg by Saturday?

Dear Mariana,

The application for the master's program PEP is an online procedure with upload of documents. This means that you do not need to submit any documents in paper form to Universität Hamburg when applying.

On page 10 it says: "Please submit two sets of applications documents"
