Proof of Health insurance

Hello,
my name is Gihwan Kim who was chosen by Molecular Plant Science as Master degree. Application Number is 1207953.
There is an urgent question before sending the proofs/documents.
I am currently living in Wuppertal, and I am temporarily staying here, that is why I can not register my place of residence. So I could not get insurance. Is it possible to submit insurance documents after moving to Hamburg after sending the necessary documents in advance?

I have checked 'If you are still in your country of origin and have not yet been able to take out German health insurance, you may also submit your proof of insurance after arriving in Germany. Dear Mr Kim,

Generally, health insurance documents can be submitted after submitting enrollment documents, if you do not have proof of health insurance yet during the enrollment period.
But it is important to submit the missing documents as soon as possible after the enrollment period to receive your semester documents in time. The conditional semester documents will only be valid from 1st October till 31st October for a winter semester. Therefore, we advise you to submit the missing documents until mid of October to get the final semester documents and the semester certification in time.
