Inquiry of Application Status

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to my Enrolment Certificate (Immatrikulation).

I have been offered a position in the MSc Economics program for the upcoming semester in October 2018. As per the instructions, I have accepted and initiated the enrolment process by sending out the required documents by post to the university dispatched on 16th June 2018 (should be received by the university on 19th or 20th June 2018 at max).

I am writing to inquire about the status of my application as I have still not received an email of confirmation from the university.

Kindly guide me through and update me on the status of my application.

Dear Ms Qadri,

Your documents have been received by Universität Hamburg and you are provisionally enrolled.

You do not receive confirmation of enrollment via E-Mail from Universität Hamburg. You will, however, receive access data for your student account and preliminary semester documents, but this will take some more time. Until you receive those, there is no need for you to do anything further regarding your enrollment.
