Immatrikulation Information

I filled out my immatrikulation form and sent it to Uni Hamburg before the deadline and i received an email stating that Uni Hamburg has received my post. But that was 3 weeks ago. After that i have not received and information about my application. Is this normal? If not how can i contact Uni Hamburg to ask about the status of my application?

Yes, that's normal. As stated in the automatic notification of receipt it takes 3 till 4 weeks after the end of enrollment deadline till all conditional semester documents have been send.

Please just wait a little longer.
