I am writing to inform you that I’ve made a mistake during the transaction for my enrolment fee.
I have made the transaction, but I confused my student number with me online log-in username thus provide the wrong student no. to the bank as the purpose of the transaction.
Please see the attached files for the transaction proof and please advise if there is anything I can do to resolve the issue.
