That is possible. In that case you won't need many points in the TestAS to be admitted for your major, since in past years the places for Sinology reserved for applicants from non-EU countries always sufficed for all applicants. So there is a good chance you will get a place in your major independently of you TestAS results. This might be different for the minor psychology, since psychology is a very popular minor. So to get a place for your desired minor, you should aim at a good TestAs result. There is no minimum score in the TestAS as a requirement for admission.
