I would like to obtain verification/transcript from the classes I took at the University of Hamburg in the: 1) Winter Semester 1973. 2) Summer Semester 1974. 3) Winter Semester 1974.

You can obtain a document which verifies that you were enrolled at Universität Hamburg during the semesters you mention by contacting us via the following contact form: https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... enter.html This document isn't a transcript though - the classes you took won't be listed on the document. It will just verify that you were enrolled and specify the degree program you were enrolled for. For a transcript you would have to contact the department of Universität Hamburg you studied at. But since in the 1970s only final exams were documented by the university, I am pretty sure the department won't be able to issue a transcript either if you didn't keep the documents confirming your participation in the classes ("Scheine") yourself.

I checked the contact form - there is nothing wrong with it. So please try to use it again - without your personal data we cannot verify that you were enrolled and therefore cannot issue a document which verifies that you were enrolled at Universität Hamburg.
