Hello! I have a question about the matriculation fee. What is the deadline to pay for it? Also, I will be starting the first semester of a master program in April at Hamburg University, when can I start enrolling at the courses of the first semester? Also, can I do the enrolling in these courses before arriving in Germany? (As far as I know, my Stine account data will be sent by regular mail) Thanks in advance!

If you are enrolling for the first time there is no fixed deadline for the payment of the semester fee. But it is in your best interest to pay the fee as early as possible, since you won't get enrollment documents in time for the beginning of the semester if you pay the fee at the end of March or later.
You enroll for courses during the enrollment period for first year students: https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... ungen.html If you provided an address in Germany in your application, the Stine account data will be sent by regular mail to that address. If you provided an address abroad, you will get the data via email.
