Itan for first-semester students

Hallo! I have a question. I am not yet in Germany, how can I get my Itan number for enrollment in the courses? I will arrive on April 9th and I'm worried that the enrollment phase will be almost over. It is my first-semester.

You can get a list of iTAN-numbers at the Service Desk of the Regional Computing Center of Universität Hamburg after you arrive. Since you arrive shortly before the end of the enrollment phase for the courses I recommend (as I already did in an answer to one of your previous posts) that you contact the academic office of the department of mathematics before your arrival about registering for courses.

Thanks for the previous comment, but some other problem arose. I am not sure that I will arrive before the deadline ends. There was a technical issue with my flight. I have already sent a couple of emails to my academic office of the department of mathematics, but I have no answer yet. Is there something else that I can do?

the academic office should be able to register you for courses even if you are not in Hamburg yet. Unfortunately we cannot help you in this regard. So the best thing you can do is to wait for an answer from the academic office. I am sure they will answer soon.
