I lost my transportation card and resubmitted the form for student documents. Should I expect to receive the transportation card in the mail or do I have to go to the campus center to pick it up?

You can collect the reprint of your semester documents from the ServicePoint of the Campus Center after three working days. The semester documents will not be sent by mail.
