Special delays in enrollment deadline

Hello, I'm Alina from Pakistan. I am an enrolled student in UHH since October 2019, but due to a slow and long waiting time in German Embassy to Islamabad, Pakistan, i couldn't get my visa up until now. I'm scared what if i don't get my visa even after 31st March 2020 (enrollment deadline for 2nd semester or my admission would get cancelled), i request the campus center to look deep into my case and help me. I have already availed an offer from Studierendenwerk Hamburg starting this February 2020.
Just see that i have applied for visa appointment since 7 April 2019 and still am waiting in the queue after 9 months, my whole year has been wasted already. Kindly, provide me with atleast deadline of 31st April 2020. Please!
