When necessary to arrive to Hamburg in person for winter semester 2020/21

Hi,

I am an international student starting an M.Sc. in winter semester 2020/21. I was wondering when it will be necessary to arrive in person to Hamburg, given that it looks like the semester might start online? I'm not sure when I should book accommodation for if I will not need to be in Hamburg until potentially 2021. Will there be any activities that might require me to be on campus and therefore in Hamburg at any point in 2020?

The general information regarding the classes of the winter semester 2020/21 at the Universität Hamburg is as follows:

Universität Hamburg is operating under the assumption that the current regulations on containing the pandemic will continue to apply in Winter Semester 2020/21. The distancing regulation, in particular, will reduce the available room capacity, which means that only a small number of lectures will be able to be carried out in person. Digital teaching will therefore continue to determine the range of subjects on offer. Considering the limited room resources, priority should be given to introductory and first-year courses and practical courses (e.g., lab internships and practical courses).
