I have moved to a new address but my semester ticket was sent to the old address where my name is not there anymore. I believe my semester ticket was returned to Campus Center.
What is the solution from here?
If I want to go pick up the ticket, can I go to the office straight away to pick it up?
If I need to make an appointment, which channel can I make an appointment?
Is it an option that Campus Center will resend the ticket to the new address?

The campus-center is closed due to the corona pandemic, so it is not possible to pick up documents personally. We can, however, send new semester documents to you. The best way to do this is to contact us directly using the contact form for personal-related questions www.uni-hamburg.de/kontakt-cc. Have you already changed your address via your STiNE account?
