I have been exmatriculated but have to re-enroll for my oral exams.
I have paid my semester fees plus the late registration fee of 30 euros.
My STiNE account is active but the Online application does not go beyond the 'Welcome' page.
How do I re-enroll so I can have my oral defence?

if you have failed to re-enroll in time because you did not transfer the semester contribution for the winter semester 2020/21, you only need to transfer the semester contribution and the 30€ fee (see "Late re-enrollment" -https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... ldung.html.
Since you have indicated that you have already done so, your transfer will be processed. Once this process is completed, you will be re-enrolled for the winter semester 2020/21. You will find the regular proof of enrollment ("Online-Semesterbescheinigung") for the winter semester 2020/21 in your STiNE account under Studying -> Documents once this process has been completed.
