I'm chukwuemeka. How do I apply for a scholarship in economics in Hamburg University, I'm an undergraduate student. And please what are the requirements needed to study in Hamburg University.

1) Universität Hamburg offers merit scholarships for international students. Information about those scholarships is provided here: https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/internati ... ndien.html.
However, those scholarships are only available after you have already studied at Universität Hamburg for at least a year (i.e. two semester).
There are no other scholarships offered directly by the Universität Hamburg as far as I know. But there are lots of possibilities to apply for a scholarship for studying in Germany offered by other institutions. The DAAD offers helpful information about getting a scholarship for studying in Germany and a database where you can research for scholarships matching your needs: https://www.daad.de/en/study-and-resear ... olarships/.
I have no information regarding any "business scholarships" offered by the Universität Hamburg. If you have other information, please let me know.
