The application takes place online, only. You have to upload the required proofs within the online application portal. Please note that documents submitted by post will not be processed.

Do I have additional steps to move on?

I also want to ask when I could get a final acceptance letter from admission office.

Your application for enrollment can only be processed when all documents are submitted. However, this is not the case because you did not upload any documents in the online application.
