I am a Chinese DSD student who graduated from high school in June this year. I have obtained a DSDII certificate and have a DSD student identification issued in China, according to the regulations can not require VPD procedures. I am currently applying for a bachelor's degree from your school, but in your school's Stine network application system, I can not choose DSD student status to apply, how do I apply?

The Uni Hamburg accepts APS certificates from the academic review offices of Beijing, Ulaanbaatar, and Hanoi identity certificates for Chinese DSD students (or “211” certificates). A VPD from uni-assist is not necessary. https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... ldung.html
