Versicherungsbescheinigung

Hi,

I'm Berkay Arik from Turkey and I will be your Economics Master's student for the 2021/22 Winter Semester. Only the health insurance certificate was missing for registration, I got it by AOK via e-mail.(Versicherungsbescheinigung certificate) To whom do I have to deliver this document or do I have to hand it over when I arrive in Hamburg?
