I'm an international student and I need to show the proof of payment of semester contribution for my visa application. I would like to know, if I could get any acknowledgment after I pay the semester contribution.
Also, do I need to print out the sample payment form (from stine) for transferring the money?

You can use your bank statement of the transfer as proof. When the semester contribution has been received and all required documents were submitted you will find the official online certificate of your enrollment at Uni Hamburg in your student account.
You do not have to print out the sample payment form.
