Request to change name at University.

Dear Sir/Ma'am

I am Anshuman, a M.Sc. Physics student at Uni-Hamburg. I was enrolled in WiSem 2019 as international student and at that time my name in passport was "Anshuman" only(no last name) and so at university my name appears as "Anshuman Anshuman".

But now I corrected my name in my passport to my full name "Anshuman Tripathi" and so wants to correct at University also (in next enrolment certificate and further documents). I request to correct it so that at the end of my graduation it appears correct at my degree etc.

I have also attached my scanned new passport for proof.
