My name is Rizka Natasya (#7484856), an incoming student in the MA in Languages and Cultures of Southeast Asia program.
I would like to ask for confirmation in regards to my online enrollment process. I submitted my documents of bachelor's diploma and IELTS test result on 18 May and "submit later" the health insurance document ("TK" issued by Coracle) on 18 August. I've also made the semester contribution of EUR 335 on 18 August via Wise. I would really appreciate if you could help me to confirm whether my documents and the semester fee had reached the University yet?
Also, is it correct that the semester enrollment certificate will be issued and sent to us via post once we've registered our address in Hamburg? Or will it be issued via email? As I'm still waiting for my visa issuance, my plan is to arrive in Hamburg by around 01.10.
