I have recently paid my enrollment for this wintersemester2021 on Monday October 4th, but I didn't put my student matricle number. Also I have not updated my address on time in STINE, my new address is:

you can rest assured that there has been no chao. We were able to assign the transfer of the semester contribution to you despite your missing matriculation number - presumably because you gave your name instead. Your semester documents were also sent out yesterday. However, I don't know whether they were sent to your new address. I saw that you logged in yesterday afternoon - presumably you changed your address on your own. It's possible that the two processes overlapped. So it can be that the semester documents still went out to your old address. Now you have to wait a few days. If the semester documents reach you, fine. Then you don't need to do anything else. When the semester documents come back to us, we will send them again to the new address. If you still haven't received any documents in twi weeks, please send us a message on our contact form (https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... enter.html) - we'll send out the semester documents again.
I would like to point out that this is a publicly viewable forum. You may want to delete your address from your request.
