Semester documents

Dear Campus-Center Forum,

I am an Erasmus student and I should have received my semster documents by now. I paid the fee and uploaded all documents needed to be officially enrolled. I already contacted my erasmus coordinator but haven’t heard of her yet. Is there any way someone could help me?

Your semester documentes were aleady sent on October 14. Apparently these have not been delivered. As precaution, please double-check your address in your STiNE account so that I can arrange a reprint of your documents.

Thank you for your reply. I just checked my stine account once again and the address is correct, I did in fact receive my provisional documents that were valid until the 31st of October. I actually received the same provisional documents TWICE, maybe there was a mistake in that regard.
Let me know if you need any more information before sending the final documents.
