Residents here in Germany should apply via international students portal or domestic ones?

Hello,
I am currently living in Hamburg with 3 years resident and work permit. I am interested in the Econ program at Universitat Hamburg.
Since I live here and was wondering do I need to apply via international students portal or any other one.

Any advise?

I'm not quite sure for which degree programme you are asking? Do you want to apply for the Economics Master or for another Master's programme or even for a Bachelor's programme? I would need this information to be able to help you further - the application procedure depends on this.

Thank you. I was thinking about MSc Economics program at UH. Can you please advise?
I have a Masters Degree in Environmental Economics, Policy and Law from Yale - class of 2010. Currently, I am thinking to do solid economics (Macro and Micro) program.

Please refer to these for information on how to apply for Economics. The application period is from February 15 to March 31. So you will have the opportunity to apply again next year - for the winter semester 2023/24 starting in October.
