I had updated a temporary address in my STiNE before, where the documents was not received. Later upon getting the acknowledgement email, I provided my new and permanent address to the university. However, I have not yet received my semester documents. Please send my documents in this address as soon as possible so that I can use my semester ticket.

Your semester documents could not be delivered and came back on October 2. You have two options now:
1, You can pick them up in Campus-Center directly.

2, We can send the documents again. Please make sure that your name is stated on the mailbox
