Online application Error (Stine)

To whom it may concern,

I am an Iranian student, and I have a problem regarding the online application process in my Stine account. I wanted to enter my account in order to send my application to the University, but the webstite showed me an error sign, and no matter how hard I try, I can't enter the Stine website.

Is there a problem with the website, or is it only happening to me?
