I need to get foreign degree recognition for MIBAS. I am one exam away from finishing bachelor degree. Which information should I write in StiNe portal. For example I need to answer question
- When did you finish studies?
- What is your overall grade?
- Have you successfully finished your graduation?
Where am I going to upload certificates from my high school? As PDF with country specific info said " You need to upload last for years of schooling" for my case it's Bosnia. Hopefully you are understanding my questions.

1) If you have not yet completed your first degree the following answers would be correct.
a) "When did you finish studies"
Please enter the last month of the semester in which you will graduate from your current university.
b) "What is your overall grade?"
Please enter your current grade point average, which is indicated in your transcript of record.
c) "Have you successfully finished your graduation?"
No.
2) "Where am I going to upload certificates from my high school?"
You do not upload any documents about your high school. The purpose of the recognition process for foreign degrees is to verify the university degree with which you wish to apply for MIBAS. Your high school diploma is not relevant.
3) "As PDF with country specific info said " You need to upload last for years of schooling" for my case it's Bosnia."
These are not the relevant information for the recognition of a university degree for a later MIBAS application. The "country specific information" are for the recognition of foreign educational qualifications as "higher education entrance eligibility", i.e. the kind of qualification one need to begin an undergraduate program at a German university.
However, since you want to apply for a master's program, we do not check your secondary education (e.g. high school) if it would be recognized as "higher education entrance eligibility" in Germany.
