I am an Indian undergraduate student applying for masters in Germany.
I would like to know if I'm required to get my educational documents APS certified at the time of application or can I get the APS certificate after I receive an acceptance offer in masters program.

It is best to apply for it immediately if you want to apply for the winter semester 2023/24. There were considerable delays in the issuance of the APS certificate in your country in the past admission procedure.
