Please refer to the documents for admission requirements and application documents. However, please check our website again as of June 1 to see if they have changed. The documents I have linked to you were valid for the winter semester 2022/23.

You do not pay tuition fees at Universität Hamburg. However, a semester contribution is due per semester. For the summer semester 2023, this amounted to 339,90€.

The application period for the winter semester 2023/24 runs from June 1 and ends on July 15.

Do you have a monolingual English course? I am a graduate of the bachelor's degree in cellular and molecular biology with an overall grade point average of 17.11 I wanted to know if it is possible for me to study in English in the master's degree at the University of Hamburg?

Please note that only those marked with ENG only will be taught in English alone. For all others (GER/ENG) you need German language skills at level C1.

Under Application you will find a linked PDF document with application information. Please find out which application documents are to be submitted - including those for English. Accepted evidence sometimes differs from course to course, which is why I cannot give you any general information.
