I am admitted to the PEP Master's program 5 days ago and was trying to complete my online enrollment today. However, I am so confused about the health insurance issue. As an international student form Turkey, I am not in Germany or the EU at the moment. I will need to get a health insurance for the visa purposes. How and when should I deal with the health insurance issue? Do I have to get health insurance with the enrollment deadline (which is 2 day from now for me)? If not, what should I upload to the system when completing my enrollment? Thank you for your time.

For completing the enrollment procedure at Uni Hamburg it will be sufficient when the German state provider send us the notification about your health insurance in September/ October at the latest.
In case you need proof of health insurance to apply for visa, you can take out a provisional policy to cover the first 3 months of your stay. Once you arrive in Hamburg, you then take out health insurance for the duration of your studies.

Thank you for the information, I completed my enrollment application and received the enrollment form under the "Documents" tab, and I assume that I do not need to take any further steps regarding the health insurance issue within the enrollment deadline, and I have more time to deal with that. Is this correct? My tracking number is BW-1730151.
Additionally, I wanted to address a concern of mine regarding the enrollment checklists. There seems to be two different checklists for enrollment procedure. While my letter of acceptance directed me towards "https://www.uni-hamburg.de/campuscenter ... tional.pdf", the online enrollment system directed me towards "https://www.uni-hamburg.de/campuscenter ... cht-eu.pdf". I have uploaded documents that apply to me but I could not be sure if there is any other checklist I need to follow/documents I needed to upload. I filled in all the mandatory sections in the application form regarding the uploads but I wanted to make sure. Could you inform me about this? Also, I am having doubts regarding the accessibility of some of my documents (PDF reader keeps sending error messages when trying to open the documents). Can I submit these through the submit-later portal again as the deadline is not passed yet?

The second checklist is for applicants from non-EU-countries who applied for bachelor's degree programs for summer semester 2023, only.
Everything is fine - do not worry. You do not have to submit all the documents again you submitted already at time of application. With the notification of admission, you can be sure that all the documents you or your professor submitted were ok.
