I payed the enrolment fees for the Sommer semester 2023 twice. How can I get a refund? Or is it possible that the payment will be kept for the following semester?

An amount that has been paid too much or has been transferred twice will automatically be assigned to the following semester. The semester contribution has increased by 10 cents for the winter semester 23/24. Please check your previous transfers therefore.
Basically you can also have the amount repaid. To do this, submit an application via https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... hlung.html.
