Waiting periods for second master

Dear admission team,

I want to register for the Innovation, Business, and Sustainability master program. I have another master's degree and this program is my second master's. When I wanted to apply for this program, there was a part that I should define the waiting period between my first degree and the master I want to study and the ultimate waiting period is 10 semesters. So there is a long time between my bachelor's and my second master's. What should I do? Could I calculate the waiting time between my first master's and this second master's program?

my answer is based on the assumption that you completed your first Master's degree abroad. Please enter 10 waiting half-years - the maximum time we will take into account. This is the waiting period after completing your Bachelor's degree.

There are at least five years between your Bachelor's degree and your current application, right?
