Failing to login STine applicant account

Hi dear and respected,
I am trying to login my STiNE portal but to no avail. It is showing the error Incorrect username or password as screenshot is attached as a proof, although I have made correct attempts. Please let me know about the issue behind it and guide me how to resolve this issue. I have asked for assistance by filling this form a couple of times before, unfortunately I did not get any reply/assistance for logging in. It is important to mention here that I have received a letter of acceptance and also applied for online enrollment.

After the provisional enrollment, you will no longer have access to your applicant account as it has been converted into a student account. You will receive new login details. It is best to wait now. No further steps are required on your part at the moment.

I got it. Someone informed me that I'll have no enrollment confirmation without enrollment fee. But I am not even asked to pay for enrollment fee while filling online enrollment form.

The sample payment of the semester contribution will be available later on in August. You will find the document in your student account. Everything is fine.
