Final Certificate and Diploma supplement

My matriculation number is 7486077 and I have finished my master's degree - Master of Science, Physics. I want to ask when I could expect to receive the final certificate as I urgently need it to enroll for a PhD program. It would be really helpful if I can get it as soon as possible. I also need the Diploma supplement, also as soon as possible. How can I get this?
