I'd like to ask whether my re-enrollment has been processed successfully. I can provide a confirmation letter from my health insurance company regarding the unblocking of my account. Additionally, when can I expect to receive the semester ticket for the summer semester 2025?

If I am not able to complete the re-enrollment before April 1st, what steps should I take to avoid being deregistered?



Below is a brief explanation of my situation:
Due to an issue with my health insurance payment, my student account was temporarily blocked. On March 21st, I resolved this issuse with TK (Techniker Krankenkasse), and the staff informed me that an electronic notification had already been sent to the university.

This Monday and Tuesday, I contacted the Campus Center by phone, but the staffs said that the university had not yet received the electronic notification from TK, and that my account remains blocked. At the same time, I called TK twice, and both times the staffs confirmed that my account was unblocked and that the electronic notification had been sent on March 21st. (They also mentioned that this is a one-time electronic transmission and cannot be sent again.)

Today, I received a paper letter from TK dated March 21st, confirming that my account has been unblocked. Can this letter be used as proof that the account issue has been resolved?

If the re-enrollment issue cannot be resolved before April 1st, what can I do to delay the registration and avoid deregistration?

Dear Yuelin,

According to the system, there is/was a delay in payment with your health insurance company. We now need the electronic "13-notification" from your health insurance company, which will cancel the delay. It is best to contact your health insurance company and ask for the electronic "13-notification".

The paper based confirmation from TK cannot be used as proof.

Do not worry, you will not be de-registered because of this.

I just spoke with the TK staff by phone. They confirmed that they did indeed send the 13-notification to the university on March 21. Now they are unable to send it again because it has already been sent once. However, they can post me a record of all the information they have sent to the University of Hamburg. It might take some time for me to receive this papper letter. May I ask if this record can serve as proof that the 13-notification has been sent and my account can be unlocked?
