I am writing to explain a technical issue that led to my application for the Master of Science in Business Administration program (Winter Semester 2025/26) being submitted on June 16, 2025, instead of the official deadline of June 15, 2025.
On June 15, 2025, I attempted to create an account on your online application portal to submit my application before the deadline. However, after completing the initial registration steps, I did not immediately receive the necessary login credentials (username/password or activation link) to proceed further.
I waited for the credentials to arrive, and they were only delivered to my email inbox approximately 12 hours later, on June 16, 2025. As soon as I received the login details, I promptly accessed the portal and completed my application submission.
I wanted to ensure that you are aware of this technical delay, which was beyond my control, and that my intention was to submit within the stipulated deadline. I am highly motivated to pursue my Master's degree at Universität Hamburg and have ensured all other required documents and information are accurate and complete.
