Bearbeitet No Enrollment Confirmation After Submission
Dear all,

I was admitted to a master's program at the University of Hamburg and submitted my enrollment documents via STiNE on June 3rd. However, I haven’t received any confirmation or update about the enrollment status since then.

What’s making me more anxious is that when I try to log in with the account I used during the application process, it seems to have already been deactivated. I can no longer access any information, which leaves me unsure whether my enrollment went through successfully.

Is this normal? Has anyone experienced something similar? I’d really appreciate advice on who to contact or what to do next.

Hello Jing,

I just answered you per mail but want to add it is completely normal that you can't log into STiNE anymore.

Please wait until you'll receive new login details for STiNE per mail.

The STiNE log in Credentials will be issued in August, until then you won´t have access to STiNE. All relevant information and communication will be given by email.

Don´t worry, access will be possible well ahead of the semester start and early enough to pay the semester fee in time. Enrollment documents will only be available after payment.

At the moment, there is nothing you can or have to do in your STiNE account anyway, so please be patient. Thank you!
