Request about eligibility for admission as an international student – MA Manuscript Cultures

I am writing to inquire about the upcoming application round for the MA program Manuscript Cultures. I understand from the website that the program is currently under revision, but I remain keenly interested and wish to prepare accordingly.

I would like to ask whether the English language requirement (CEFR B2) might be waived in my case. I completed a one-year MLitt degree in the UK, where the language of instruction was English. Additionally, as an applicant with an undergraduate degree from China and a master's from the UK, could you kindly confirm whether APS certification is required?
