Unable to login to STiNE portal due to not having received 2FA codes

Hi,

I am an international student who has got admission to the MSc Physics (English) program for the winter semester.

I had successfully received the login credentials for my STiNE portal, and had logged in also. However, upon trying to log in now, the following screen shows up (attached below).

I have not received any list of 2FA codes, neither via physical mail nor via email. The relevant link I found mentioned that I would have to visit an RRZ-service desk in person, which is not possible as I am not in Germany right now.

Who should I contact to resolve this issue ASAP, as I need to access my STiNE portal to pay the semester contribution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
