Hello,
I am a first-semester master's student. Although I've paid my semester contribution about a week ago, I cannot still view my enrollment certificate under the Documents section in my Stine account. Plus, I sent another contact form before the weekend, yet I haven't received any reply via Surfmail.
To me, this is a very urgent issue as most of bureaucratic works in Germany such as booking a shared room/apartment require enrollment certificate.
I would really appreciate it if anyone who is knowledgeable about this issue can help.
