URGENT : Never received the 2FA code list

Hello team,
I have been trying to login to my stine account to pay the semester contribution but it is asking for the 2FA code which I never recieved.
Mine was apparently "generated on 06.06.2025 05:30:37" but I never received.
I am an international student admitted into MSc Physics program. Could you also let me know the finale date by which the semester contribution must be paid.

Hello team,
Yes I did pay my contribution using the information you shared along with my matriculation number provided in the stine login details mail.
However to know whether the money has been received I need access to stine to find the receipt.
The RZZ dept does not accept mails from non surf email ids and I have not yet received that too.
So how do I contact them?
