Inquiry About Early Application Possibility for the Master’s Program in Bioinformatics

i recently posted a topic that you have answered not to long ago, the following link will lead to my Inquiry, and the responce i've been given

tho what i actually meant that i will be applying during the application period that will be from may 1st to june 15th 2026(according to the information provided in the website, there aren't any available data regarding the application for the summer semester), so my question is not regarding when i can apply, but more weather early applications are possible or not (conditional admission) because by that time i will be done with my 4th semester and i assume that i will be having prove that i am enrolled in my 5th and 6th semester(as known as my third and final year of my bachelor degree ) and because the visa procedure in algeria can take a lot of time <up to a year> am trying to plan everything early so i can start my masters right after i finish my bachelor and not waist a whole year on waiting for the visa to be processed and risk losing my spot in the university
and for the german language, i am actively learning the language and i am very close to finishing the A1 level so far, and i will be passing the Goethe-zertifikat B2 around the month of august, but i will still be working on passing the C1 level exam while am finishing my 5th and 6th semesters
also are the Preparatory German courses offered at the university oh hamburg?

Please excuse if my previous answer was somewhat unclear.

The application period with study start in winter semester 27/28 is between May 1 to June 15 in 2027. Earlier applications are not possible, and the conditional admission is not possible either. Since the master's program Bioinformatics only starts in winter semester, the application is possible only within the aforementioned period.

Preparatory German courses are not offered by Uni Hamburg, the German language courses are reserved for enrolled students, only?
