Seeking Information on University Entrance Test

Hello,
I am an applicant from Pakistan, and I was admitted into a bachelor's program based on my high school grades and an online aptitude test, as the majority of the institutes did not conduct in-person tests due to COVID-19 in 2020. Hence, I don't have sufficient information on my university entrance exam. Additionally, I received an academic excellence award for my graduate studies. Do I still need to provide information about my university entrance exam? Please guide me on the matter.

I want to apply for a Master's in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Is the university entrance test required for that? Even after I have completed 4 years of bachelor's from Pakistan?
