Master Application Transcript Attestation

Hello Respected Team,

I have recently completed BS Media and communication Studies. My university has issued me a Provisional Result Card and Degree completion certificate however, my transcript will be available by 20th March. I do have to attest that Transcript by HEC which also require 7-8 days for urgent attestation. So can I apply now for the online application with Result Card issued by my university or should I wait for transcript?
