I recently created an account in the University of Hamburg online application portal in order to apply for the Master’s program Intellectics – The Science of AI.
However, after signing out of the portal, I have been unable to log back in. Each time I try to log in, the system displays an error.
Another student who is also applying to the same program, is experiencing the exact same issue. We have both tried accessing the portal multiple times using different browsers and also in incognito mode, but the error still appears.
Since the application deadline is approaching, I wanted to kindly ask whether you could advise us on how to resolve this issue or whom we should contact for technical support.
