Inquiry about German Language Courses for International Students

My name is Saina Golnejad Parluki, and I am currently a PhD student at UKE and I have registered as a PhD student in University of Hamburg too. I am writing to kindly ask whether the UKE or Hamburg university offers German language courses for international students?

As improving my German language skills is very important for both my academic progress and daily life, I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with information about available courses. In particular, I would like to know how I can register and participate in these classes.
